How to PrepareÂ
In the days leading up to your session, intentionally prepare your body, mind, and energy to receive.
Purify and cleanse your energy as much as possible. Avoid partying, alcohol, heavy substances, or environments that pull you out of alignment the night before your healing.
Come Rested. Clear. Open.
Spend intentional time connecting with your heart and your intentions for this experience.
Prior to your session, you will complete the Connect With Your Heart Meditation to help soften the mind, open the heart, and prepare your system to fully receive the healing work.
